IC1795 is a star forming region and emission/reflection nebula in the constellation Cassiopeia. This nebula lies in the same area as the Heart Nebula, IC1805 (located near the bottom of the heart) and the double Cluster. The distance is around 6000 light years. This nebula is sometimes called the North Bear Nebula. This image is an HaRGB image. This image would benefit from the addition of S2 and O3 data but these filters are not available on our system. Don Goldman has published an image of this in the Hubble pallet that was a recent APOD.
