Description

Reprossed old data - sharpened and enhanced star color.

Spiral galaxy M106 is located in Canes Venatici. It is about 25 MLY away and about 30,00 LY in diameter. It is as the closest  Seyfert galaxy to our Milky Way. The bright center of a Seyfert galaxy is beleved to be casused by huge quanties of gas in-falling into a super-massive Black Hole.

This image was taken over two nights using 1X1 binning for each color filter. Using 1x1 color makes me wonder why I need 1x1 clear data?

Some  images of M 106 show the extented nature of the galaxy - other images don't show it - it's there alright
